I am on a 4-day visit to New York City, while on my way to Belgium for a small holiday before classes start again. While I’m writing this, I’m enjoying a Chimay Blanche at D.B.A., a pub in the Lower East Side part of the city. They have an impressive selection of beers, like none I have seen before in the US. The Alehouse in LA comes close, but not quite yet.
