Flanders (the region in Belgium) celebrated its official holiday last ~~Thursday~~ Friday. I saw this today. Cross-cultural emancipation. Beautiful!

Thanks. To my own defense, I was fooled by the caption of the picture:
“Donderdag feestte Vlaanderen.”
