Lunch at Weaver Street Market
Monday, October 10th 2005.Yesterday’s lunch at Weaver Street: Crunchy rustic roll, sweet grapes, and a camembert-like cheese. Simple but tasty. The cheese is a creamy cows-milk cheese on the inside, with an tangy, ripened organic crust that gives an extra kick in your mouth. For the future, I need to remember to take notes when I taste it, because I’ve already forgotten what the exact taste is. It’s definitely a little less pungent than a true Camembert, but still very smooth and tasteful. Maybe I’ll update this post as soon as I get another bite of it.
